This ministry seeks to inspire, motivate, and encourage the people of God to live not only spiritually healthy lives, but physically as well. According to I Corinthians 6:19, our body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. Too many saints are either dying or getting sick from diseases caused by poor eating and lack of exercise. How many lost souls can you bring into the Kingdom if you can add 10, 15, 20 years to your life? God is calling us to be good stewards of our bodies through consistent exercise, healthy diet, and daily rest. This is not a program, but a lifestyle that will build up the Kingdom of God.
